Board of Directors

The German International School of Dallas is a non-profit 501c3 organization, governed by the Board of Directors. The Board is responsible for hiring the director, the financial oversight of the school, and the short and long term strategic planning to ensure the continuous success of the operation. The Board holds regular meetings throughout the year to fulfill its duties.
